Crock Pot French Dip Sandwiches

Prep time:  10 minutes
Cook time:  4hrs 10 min – 6 hrs 10 min

2-3 lb beef roast
1 cup soy sauce
1 ½ cup water or beef broth
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 onion sliced
5-7 peppercorns
Hoagie rolls
Pepperoncini’s (optional)
Provolone cheese (optional)

Place all ingredients into the crock pot, cook on high for 4-6 hours or until meat is tender.  Slice thin and place on hoagie rolls.  Add pepperoncini’s and provolone cheese, if desired.  Use the broth for dipping.
